This is the first entry on this blog. I have been searching my notebook for a long time to choose the perfect recipe for this post. I wanted it to be something special and unforgettable. I decided to do something else.  Today's recipe will be given to me by my grandmother. Whenever we visited grandma, the cake was already waiting for us. There was a sweet smell all over the apartment and grandma started to cut the fluffy cake. It was only a cheesecake, but when it was made by grandmother it took on a different meaning. Everyone in my family loves it. It is made for many occasions and Sunday meetings. It is perfect for all occasions.  Moving out of the house I asked her for a recipe and grandma carefully wrote everything down and gave it to me along with a new baking tray. Each time I make a cheesecake for my grandmother I come back to nice moments. That is why I want to share this recipe with you. It is simple to prepare, delicious and impressive.

 

Grandma's delicate cheesecake

Ingredients:

 

800g of cheesecake cottage cheese

500g mascarpone cheese

150g cookies

120g of butter

5 eggs

2 cream puddings

1 glass of sugar

3 spoonfuls of cream 30%

1 teaspoon of potato flour

Open skin of three oranges

 

 

Implementation:

Cookies must be broken and combined with melted butter. The baking tray is covered with paper. Put the cookies into a dish and press it to the bottom for a smooth mass. Put them into the oven preheated in 180 degrees for 5 minutes.  Put the curd into the bowl together with the mascarpone cheese. Mix everything together and add eggs, pudding, flour and sugar. You can add vanilla sugar. Pour cream into everything. All combine into the mass. Take out of the oven the tin and pour the mixture into cookies.  Put it into the oven together with a bowl of water. Bake 1.5 hours in 140 degrees. After baking, sprinkle with orange peel and wait until it cools down.  

 

When the cake cools down, grandmother usually gave us a few balls of ice cream for this and a cup of tea. Such a set is ideal for summer and winter days with hot chocolate and gingerbread.  On top of the cake you can put seasonal fruit or create chocolate topping. The cake is delicate and soft. Everyone making it does it in their own way and the taste is always different. The first time it may not come out, but it is fun. Cookies can be replaced by rusks or biscuits, and nuts can be added to the mass. All modifications are allowed. The cake tastes good for adults and children.

Not everyone is a fan of cakes and cheesecakes, so in the next entry there will be a recipe of my great grandmother for Silesian noodles. Grandmother told us that these noodles were still her grandmother's recipe. Each time they taste and look great.  

However, I remember my grandmother's words, when she was making any kind of dish, that for everything to work out, it takes a sincere desire and a bit of love for it. Keeping this in mind, I always take it with a smile and think what pleasure I will give others with my culinary wonders.
